Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The ClaraLuxe Bridal Expo Bracelet Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by ClaraLuxe LLC (“ClaraLuxe”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees and immediate family members of ClaraLuxe LLC are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 16, 2026 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time and ends on August 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time.
Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the ClaraLuxe booth at the Long Island Bridal Expo at East Wind Long Island and complete an official Giveaway entry slip with your name and either an email address or mobile telephone number.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Following @claraluxestudios on Instagram is welcomed but is not required to enter or win and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one ClaraLuxe bracelet of the winner’s choice from eligible existing ClaraLuxe designs, up to a maximum retail value of $88.
Prize is subject to availability. Custom commissions are excluded. No cash substitution will be provided.
If shipping is required, ClaraLuxe will provide standard shipping to a valid address within the United States at no cost to the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about August 17, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile telephone number provided on the entry slip.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, ClaraLuxe may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Privacy and Publicity
Contact information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Entering the Giveaway does not enroll an entrant in ClaraLuxe email or text marketing communications.
ClaraLuxe will not publicly identify or tag the winner on social media without the winner’s permission.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility associated with the Giveaway.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
ClaraLuxe reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law.
Decisions by ClaraLuxe regarding administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final.
