Each ClaraLuxe piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary slightly during collection launches, events, or holiday periods.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer:
$8 flat-rate shipping within the United States
Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on destination and order size
Tracking included with every order
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select orders.
Complimentary Shipping
Orders of $175 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United States.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
International Shipping
At this time, ClaraLuxe ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand international shipping in the future as the studio grows.
Packaging
All ClaraLuxe orders are thoughtfully packaged for gifting, storage, and everyday care.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Returns & Repairs
We want you to feel genuinely connected to your ClaraLuxe piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on non-custom pieces within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must show no visible signs of wear
Pieces must be returned in their original packaging when possible
Custom, personalized, resized, or one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
You may return eligible items for a refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refunded orders.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you prefer an exchange or store credit, we’re happy to provide a prepaid return label for eligible U.S. orders.
Store credits never expire and may be used toward any future ClaraLuxe piece.
One-of-a-Kind & Limited Pieces
Many ClaraLuxe designs are created in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces using natural stones and individually sourced materials.
Because of the limited nature of these designs:
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days
Requested length modifications may slightly extend processing time
Cancellations requested before shipment may incur a 15% restocking fee on one-of-a-kind designs
Once received, eligible items remain covered under our standard return policy unless otherwise noted.

Whether you’d prefer a refund or store credit
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please package items securely in a padded mailer or box and use a tracked shipping method.
Repairs
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every ClaraLuxe piece.
Jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, and sometimes life happens. If your piece becomes damaged due to normal wear, we’re happy to offer repair services whenever possible.
Complimentary Repairs
We currently offer complimentary repairs for:
Loose clasps
Broken elastic cords
Minor hardware repairs
Standard restringing due to craftsmanship issues
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our studio.
Material Replacement
If significant materials or rare stones need to be replaced, we’ll always contact you before proceeding with any repair charges.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Because ClaraLuxe pieces are made with natural gemstones, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
